I grew up surrounded by food, culture, and flavour. Being Polish & Moroccan, meant our kitchen was always full of variety and (of course) dessert. Some of my earliest memories are baking with my mum and helping her with every sweet creation.
As I got older, I faced multiple health challenges that forced me to rethink the way I ate. I knew I needed to make changes, but I wasn't ready to give up my sweet tooth just yet… and that's when YourWellnessGirly was born.
I turned to healing through food and rediscovered my love for creating nourishing, wholesome sweets made with intention while naturally healing chronic illness. Along the way, I became a certified holistic nutritionist and completed my master's in nutrition, so every recipe you see here is backed by both passion and knowledge.
